Custom formats and individual cutting are available from the first panel onward (max. 1.2 × 2.4 m). Description

SilentHEMP is an ecological acoustic panel made from Austrian hemp (55 %) and flax (30 %), bonded with PET bicomponent fibre and a flame-retardant salt. The matte porous natural-fibre face combines visible acoustic surfaces with renewable raw materials, suited to residential spaces, offices, schools and kindergartens. Standard thickness 45 mm in six panel formats (42 × 42 up to 188 × 120 cm), eight standard colours plus RAL-like custom shades from a minimum order of 20 panels per colour. Chamfered edge on all sides, DIY installation is feasible. Standard fire class E per EN 13501-1, with additional flame-retardant treatment up to D-s2,d0. Climate footprint: GWP A1–A3 = -2.23 kg CO₂e/m² (net negative at the factory gate), 2.12 kg biogenic carbon/m². EPD per EN 15804+A2 (Kiwa-Ecobility Experts, valid until 03 Nov 2030). AgBB emission test passed (TVOC < 1000 µg/m³, formaldehyde 4 µg/m³).
