SCHALLSAUGER (KASPER GmbH)

SCHALLSAUGER ist die Akustik-Produktmarke der KASPER GmbH in Rielasingen-Worblingen am Bodensee. Der 1977 gegründete Familienbetrieb fertigt auf 2.500 m² Produktionsfläche bedruckbare Stoffabsorber, LED-integrierte Akustikpaneele und rahmenlose Wand-/Deckenlösungen. Die Produktreihen ALU LINE, FRAMELESS, LIGHTBOXX, MONO-LIT und ORION 8 decken Wand-, Decken-, Raumteiler- und Beleuchtungsanwendungen ab. Sämtliche Bezugsstoffe (akustikTex) sind nach Öko-Tex Standard 100 zertifiziert und nach DIN 4102 B1 / EN 13501-1 B-s1,d0 brandgeprüft. Akustikmesswerte wurden vom Fraunhofer-Institut für Bauphysik (IBP) nach DIN EN ISO 354 ermittelt (Messbericht S 10734-Alpha, 2014).

Description

SCHALLSAUGER FRAMELESS PICTURE is a wall-mounted acoustic picture, an acoustic panel with an individually printed motif. Available either with a customer's own motif or with an image motif from Kasper's in-house archive. Up to 100 × 160 cm in format, available in a rectangular or round version. The motif wraps continuously around the side edges (5 cm visible at the sides), producing a frameless, picture-like appearance. Material: SCHALLSAUGER FRAMELESS substrate, a thermally bonded nonwoven made from 100% PES staple fibres, surface weight 3200 g/m², thickness 50 mm. Fabric covering made from 100% PES polyester fabric, 310 g/m², flame-retardant finish (B-s1,d0 per DIN EN 13501-1), UV-resistant per DIN EN ISO 105-B02, finished with thermal sublimation printing. Substrate is 60% made from recycled PET bottles, 100% recyclable. Both materials are certified to Oeko-Tex Standard 100. Rectangular standard formats: 50 × 50 cm, 70 × 70 cm, 65 × 115 cm, 75 × 100 cm, 100 × 100 cm, 100 × 115 cm, 100 × 160 cm. Round version and custom sizes on request. The rectangular variant is alternatively also available with a single-colour fabric covering (see FRAMELESS COLOR). Mounting: wall brackets (WH) with spacers (AH) and felt pads, set FLZWH4 for rectangular panels (4 × wall bracket, 2 × spacer, 2 × felt, 6 × plasterboard screw, 4 × wall plug Ø 6 mm, 4 × Spax 4/40, mounting template), FLZWH3 for round panels. The wall brackets interlock and secure the panel against falling. Alternatively, bonding with hot-melt or assembly adhesive.

Technical data

Material: Substrate: thermally bonded polyester nonwoven (100% PES staple fibres, 60% recycled PET, 3200 g/m², 50 mm thickness, no chemical additives). Covering: 100% PES polyester fabric (310 g/m²), open-pored, washable, scratch-resistant, finished with thermal sublimation printing.
Up to fire class: Substrate: B-s1,d0 per DIN EN 13501-1:2018 / B1 per DIN 4102-1. Fabric covering: B-s1,d0 per DIN EN 13501-1 (flame-retardant finish, no smoke, no flaming/dripping debris).
Application: Wall-mounted acoustic picture for individual interior design, offices, foyers, living areas, practices, showrooms. Combines sound absorption with image-motif design.
Certifications: Oeko-Tex Standard 100 (substrate and covering), 60% fibre content from recycled PET bottles, 100% recyclable, allergy-friendly, breathable, skin-friendly, resistant to mould growth (DIN EN ISO 846:2019 + DIN IEC 68 parts 2-10), resistant to pest infestation and house dust mites, UV-resistant (colour fastness per DIN EN ISO 105-B02), minimum sorption moisture 1.02% per DIN 52620. 5-year full warranty.
Colours: Any print motif (CMYK or RGB), customer's own motif (€40 data check) or a motif from the Kasper image archive (€90–250 image rights depending on size). Printing technique: thermal sublimation printing, UV-resistant per DIN EN ISO 105-B02. Rectangular form alternatively available with single-colour fabric covering (see FRAMELESS COLOR range).
