alpha AKUSTIK
alpha AKUSTIK is the acoustics brand of Staudigel GmbH from Veitshöchheim — a family business with over 70 years of experience in wood processing. On around 7,500 m² of production area the company manufactures sound-absorbing perforated, slotted and micro-perforated panels (NANOLITE) on an MDF base for wall and ceiling. The panels are built up with a backing acoustic fleece (SoundTex) and mineral insulation into acoustically effective claddings. The range spans from discreetly perforated visible surfaces to highly absorbent slot-and-hole patterns and is broadly documented by accredited reverberation-chamber measurements (Fraunhofer IBP, BAE Fiedler, ita).

ALPHA-AKUSTIK Perforated Panel (round perforation)
Description
The round-perforated acoustic panel by alpha AKUSTIK (Staudigel GmbH): an MDF carrier board with a backing acoustic fleece (SoundTex), used as a sound-absorbing wall and ceiling lining. Absorption is tuned via the hole pattern (grid spacing and hole diameter, e.g. 16/16-10-5) and the backing build-up. Available from discreetly perforated visible surfaces to highly absorbent hole patterns — raw, veneered or melamine-coated. As the hole ratio and wall distance grow, the effect rises up to the highest absorption class A.
