Description
The slimline is a slim, slotted MDF acoustic panel for mounting on a substructure. The acoustic effect results from the interplay of the slotted face with a mineral wool insulation layer behind it; depending on the build-up, an open cavity is added as well. The panels join into a continuous surface via a tongue-and-groove joint. In the invisible version the slots are cut at an angle and therefore do not appear visually. The surface reads as a closed timber wall while remaining acoustically open. Stronger substrate than the standard 16/3.
